I have Call Pilot and Call Center Reporting installed. I don't why but today the Report Manager doesn't show status of agents correctly. All agents are shown logged-in and available, even when Agents log out, taking Incoming or do Outgoing. All are available ever since I restarted the RDB server this morning. I don't know if it is bacause I was restarting RDB server when Agents were still logged in?
Thanks for your help.

Normally when you restart the RDB server the agents are logged out.
If not and the agents are showing as logged in on your realtime screens then try logging them out manually from the set. Check your agents in the web gui and see if you can force them off.
Call Center Reporting is pretty flakey stuff with a lot of patches available.
What version of CallPilot software are you running?
1.5.32.01 is very flakey.
You should upgrade to 2.0.51.00 (latest version).
You should then upgrade the Call Center reporting master client and multiple clients to the latest patch release from Nortel for CP 2.0
