Reporting Labor per Item

Is there a way to automatically report labor everytime you receive an item. Like if you were going to stick a new label on an item every time you receive one. I know you could do it in SF but that would be alot of entries.
 
If you are using POP, the value added costs will backflush just like material, as they are stated on the Product Structure Cost record. (Product Structure Cost = a marriage between a BOM and Value Added Costs).

You can also adjust value added costs if you use more or less of them than standard.

I do not know of a way to do this in SFC.
