Reporting Issues with September Patches

After installing all the September desktop and system patches (correctly), the Reporting for Call Centre reports have dropped by about 50 percent!!! It looks like reporting is only picking up about half the calls, because if i look in the CDR records I can see that more calls have come in than reporting has stated.
Has anyone else experienced this?
 
I have the same problem with rel3 bcm50 reporting.

The users are noting down the calls they make and it does not tally with CC reporting.

We have a case with nortel at the moment.
 
Oh damn...when you log into reporting, what is the version number that shows on the top right?

SU released Nov 17th
BCM050.R300.SU.SYSTEM-130_BCM50_3.0

BCM 200
13 patches releases since Sept 15th
Due for an SU patch

BCM 400
13 patches releases since Sept 15th
Due for an SU patch

BCM 450
First an last SU was out Nov 14
2 Small patches since
