Reporting Inbound Email

I have a user (the owner) that has asked me to find out if an email from someone has come into our Exchange 2K3 standard mail server.

I don't want to "journal" messages or anything like that. I just want to find out if an email address has come into our system from an outside person.

Is this possible? Is there a reporting tool? Is there a "review log" section?
