Hi,

I am writing an Access report that needs to be double sided, on one side information relating to property development schemes (one page per scheme), all this information comes from one table. On the reverse side information relating to diary notes for each scheme (again one page per scheme and the scheme on the reverse must be the same as the one on the front), diary information comes from a seperate table. How can I draw data from a seperate table and make sure that it relates to the correct scheme. I don't want to attempt to put all the date in one table because there are reams of diary notes!

Any help would be appreciated.

I forgot to mention that I running an ADP Access DB which is connecting to MS SQL Server 2000.

Thanks

Helen.

I have worked out that I can insert a sub-report that looks at the table with the diary notes and link via scheme reference (which is the key in both tables), if there is another or better way to achieve what I want please let me know.

Thanks
Helen.

Create a view to pull out the information from both related tables, then use groups in your report to get the layout you need. Then, on opening the report, use the 'Where Condition' argument in DoCmd.Openreport to filter the records.
