Reporting from various date sources; say, from different countries

Hello!
Does anybody know how may i able to produce a report from which data may come from various data sources?

Say, I wanted to have an Employee MAster report from China, Japan, and US. Each country has its own databases. But my report should display the report in a way that employees are gouped by country. There is no database where employees from all the countries exist.

You're probably best served to write a SP that builds all of the data.

Another means might be to use 3 subreports, one for each country. That way each report can have it's own datasource, yet you could share page numbers, headings, etc.

Now, my problem now would be how may i able to connect to those databases via the net? Is it possible to perform a DTS via FTP?
