Hi,
We have recently got a new BCM 450 installed and are attempting to use Reporting for Contact Centre (v2.6.404.0.61), however I've found the reports offered fairly limited. I also need to produce reports in a specific format. I'm able to access the SQL Express database and have been making some progress in trying to understand the table structure.
However I would like to know if Nortel has published a data dictionary or some similar document? I've tried searching the site, but have found very little information.
Any help would be much appreciated,
