Hi all,
I am just wondering if anyone has problem with historical reports on BCM and Call Pilot.
I have problem on two locations with viewing historical reports.1 location is call pilot 150, 3.1 with CCRS 31.10.31.22 and real time works but historical data window pops up and stays blank forever, then I have to reboot host server PC if want to try reports again.
Same thing happens on another location with BCM 3.7.
Any help is appreciated.

The issue is most likely the version of .net framework installed on the RCC server. You will need to remove 3.5 SP1,3.0 SP2, and 2.0 SP2. You will also need to disable automatic updates on the PC to prevent them from installing again.
