I am having a strange issue I need some help with. BCM 400 Release 4.0 with Contact Center. Every time the customer tries to create a report he gets a message that says, HistoricalReqOver3Hours. I checked the trouble shooting guide and it states that its an invalid query, but the strange thing is that it only does it when he requests data from after April 7. If he tries before the 7th he gets his report with no problem. Any ideas what could be going on?
