I installed Reporting for Contact Center, but haven't gotten it to work properly. From the host PC, I can access and log into the RCC main menu. I can navigate and view real time data. I was once able to view reports, but now when I request a report, the webpage stops responding and I can't get back to it without rebooting the PC.

Have you tried to re-install the RCC? no need to re-install mysql at this point.
Uninstall and re-install rcc and see if it fixes it.
Another thing you can try is the dbfix utility.
You can access it with http:\\x.x.x.x\rcc\dbfixutil\default.asp where x.x.x.x is the rcc ip address.
If you don't have it, install the latest patches(vm and rcc) and you will have that option.

This has me baffled. Un-installed, reinstalled IIS and RCC. To browse to the login page, we must stop the SMTP service first. This was happening before too, we can only get to the RCC once after stopping the SMTP, then the RCC quits responding when a report is requested. Have to reboot the PC, stop the service, and then browse to "ipaddress"/rcc. Ran the dbfixutil. No corrupt files.
