We did installed a CP150 with Reporting for Contact Center latest version, everything works fine, collection, realtime, IPview...
Where we are experiencing an issue is when we try to create a report..... If I use the PRINT feature.... it goes out without any problems via the XPS process or direct printer, if I use the VIEW feature EVEYTHING CRASHES, we cannot review any report on screen. I must reboot the CCRS server & RCC, killing and restaring the services doesn't work.
