Reporting for Callcenter on BCM 4.0

Hi there,

i did install a CCRS and when i enter the BCM Settings and Passwords i get an error when the CCRS try to connect to the BCM... it shows he cant identify the contact center or something like that and i should check system info... when i have a look over there it shows.....

Systeminfo Schema-Version ...
App Server-Plattform
App Server-Version ...
Contact Center-Plattform
Contact Center-Version
Contact Center-Status: OK

The next time it shows..

Systeminfo Schema-Version ...
App Server-Plattform
App Server-Version ...
Contact Center-Plattform
Contact Center-Version
Contact Center-Status: CannotConnectToCC

or something different on status but never shows any infos and also never shows OK again...

Anything i can do step by step to locate the error?
 
~fixed~

after 6 hours i just did try it again and it did work... it seems that the bcm need a lot of time if ur installing a new CCRS after a BCM 4.0 upgradde.........
