Reporting for call centre on new server on 3.7 bcm 200

was wondering if you could help with a problem one of my customers is having.

He has a bcm 200 with 3.7 s/w.

He had Reporting for call centre on his server and was using it at all call centre positions.

He changed his server and now the Reporting for call centre doesn't work of course.

Does he have to buy a new keycode or can he just reload from the disk?

Does Reporting for call centre work on computers with Vista on them as he has upgraded several computers from XP?

He would also like the time and date to change on the correct day. - does he have to upgrade from 3.7 or is there a patch to correct this problem?

The RCC software is held on the BCM system. All that needs to be done, is to http to the BCM IP address from the NEW RCC Server and select the "Install Clients" Icon and on the left hand side of the screen is the tab to download the Call Center Applications. The one that you require is the Reporting for Call Center (RCC).

This will take you to another screen and from there, you can download the software. It's worth checking the RCC software version and I think the latest RCC software for the BCM 3.7 was 61.358.

Anyway, once downloaded, you just install the software. You would normally have to remove the previous version first, but in your case it's OK to install it from new.

Finally you will have to add in the agents computer names / IP address's etc.

If you still have the original RCC Server pc, then you can back up the database and transfer it onto the new one.

I'm sure there is more to add in here, but I can't remember the entire process.
