Reporting For Call Centre Locking Up

Have a Call Pilot 150 with Reporting for Call Center site that works but every day it locks up the reporting section and you either have to reboot the computer or restart the reporting service.

While updating a BCM late last night i read in a patch that a reporting lock up was fixed in the BCM patch.

Does anyone know what version we need to install in the Call Pilot 150 to have it work consistantly. We are already at version 3.1

I can't tell you what version of RFCC I have installed, but I can tell you I had problems everytime if the machine I install it on is not a clean machine. I have installed it on machines that have other program's on it or have had the extra programs removed but updates weren't done on the machine. Windows XP (w/SP2) & windows 2003 server are two machines that running great without having to reboot or restart the services. Go back to all my posts and you can see what I suggest for installing the software.
