Have a Call Pilot 150 with Reporting for Call Center site that works but every day it locks up the reporting section and you either have to reboot the computer or restart the reporting service.
While updating a BCM late last night i read in a patch that a reporting lock up was fixed in the BCM patch.
Does anyone know what version we need to install in the Call Pilot 150 to have it work consistantly. We are already at version 3.1
