Reporting for call centre error

Dear All,

While generating report for call centre its giving me the following error:
Error Occurred Reading Records: Logon failed. Details: Could not open the field definition file 'C:\Inetpub\

http://wwwroot\BCM35\report_pages\aban.ttx'.

I have checked the Anti virus script but nothing is there, im able to login.

Also I have reinstalled the reporting for call centre on the dedicated server still its giving the same error.

I need your help.

What is the version of RCC?
Which report are you trying to run?
