One of the only good things about Nortel going under was that they would no longer produce such a crappy product as Reporting for Call Centre. Unfortunately we still have to service this crap.
Got a customer with a BCM50 R5 and Reporting 2.6 that uses Microsoft SQL 2005. Installation Verification Tool shows everything as green except the Database which produces the following errors:
Error 42000 - Microsoft - SQL Native Client - SQL Server - Error Converting data type nvarchar to int
Error 01000 - Microsoft - SQL Native Client - SQL Server - DBCC execution completed. If DBCC printed error messages, contact your system provider
Any tips on fixing this database issue other than reloading the OS and reinstalling from scratch which is usually the only way to fix problems with this software.
