reporting for call center

I have a call pilot 150 and a dedicated server for call center. I am trying to view reports when I do I get a "Reporting services error" The report server cannot open a connection to the report server database..Login failed for user..The user is not associated with the trusted SQL server connection..????
Any help would be apreciated..
We just upgraded to latest software and had a nightmare of a time getting it working with Nortel..
