Reporting for Call Center

Hi All,

When I want to log on the RCC on the Web Host PC, I can't see the data expect this message that the "session is expiered",can you help me to resolve those issues.

I'm not certain what the timeout period is for the RCC session or how to set it (which might be good to know - anyone?), but you simple have to log back in and you should be fine.
