we have a BCM 400 with reporting for call center installed on a host pc. lately we have been having quirky little issues where we run reports (call summary report for example) and it is not showing the proper number of calls that have came in.
Example on Dec 28, we had well over 100 calls in a 24 hour period, but the report is only showing 46 calls.
I have reinitialized the call center connection (it only takes 10 seconds, and in my opinion with 40K + records showing, it should take longer), I have reinstalled MySQL and reporting and it still doesnt work.
I have poured over the BCM documentation trying to find where the host PC stores the data that it pulls from the BCM,in an effort to blow that data away and redownload it through the call center connection, but i am coming up empty.
This is not the first time that the pc has misrepresented data, I need to find the root cause of this and correct it.
If anyone has had any isues like this and has resolved it, please fill me in.

Thanks
James

What software release is the BCM? What version of RCC are you running? Have you applied all applicable voicemail/RCC patches for the release of system you have?

BCM version is 3.6
RCC version states V2.1.047
I havent did any updates, as we introduced the system a few months ago and I was plopped into place as administrator, with no training on this set up at all, and have been relying on this forum mostly for information on snags I have run across.

It would be worthwhile to download/install these patches:
Voicemail 36.00.78.22 and RCC 2.1.051. If you or your vendor ever opened a support case with Nortel regarding this issue, that would be the first thing they'd ask you to do.

Be sure to install the voicemail patch first. Before you install the voicemail patch, stop the RCC services on the web host PC. Full instructions are in the readme file for the RCC patch.

If you're going to apply these patches, you'd may as well download Cumulative Patch 3 and get all the patches that are available installed at once. It'll probably take just as long to install CP3 as it would to install these two patches individually.

thanks for help, i'll give er a whirl and see what happens
