We are trying to set up Reporting for call center on a Web Host server we have it set up on the users computer. we put the ip address in and all that good stuff but when we try to assign the users to there skillsets there are no skillsets in the list. then we try to connect to the server and it acts as if it is downloading but it just stays at 0 percent as the time counts on.
thanks,
Benny

Although this seems to be a Symposium issue and has nothing to do with CallPilot I would say it has to do with your ActiveX components, which cannot be installed on the machine.

Do you run with administrator privileges?
If not have that done at least once on your PC or have the ClientCtrls.msi deployed to your machine.
This msi contains all required ActiveX components which are required for the system to work.
Also be sure the IE settings allow ActiveX components to run (also unsigned...) and add the URL to the "Trusted Sites"

Hope this helps a bit.
