Its granular in nature, so you can order x number of skillsets and x number of agents.
The basic package, 1 skillset with 10 agents has an MSRP from Nortel of around $2600.

I've got the contact center, just need the reporting for contact center software to generate reports.

On Nortel's website, they have a quote builder. Biuld yourself a system with RCC on it and it will give you the MRSP in US$
