Got another problem with this RCC. Version 2.1.047
BCM version is 3.6
What is happening is that when we run reports on the RCC computer, there is no data for the day.
So what I usually do, for a quick fix, is stop the RCC and MySql services, reboot the computer, log back in and re-establish the call center connection.
This has just started doing this, no changes have been done to anything.
I have not installed the culmative patch 3 for the BCM yet, as it is difficult to get downtime for the BCM.
anyone else run into this issue?
