Reporting for Call Center Histort Report Problem

BCM 3.6 with RCC runing fine untill last but now Real time is working fine but reporting is showing 0 in every report but i can able to full old report please help me to get reports also with real time it's showing 0 in all reports

First of all reboot the PBX then your RCC server there is a known issue where the BCM will not allow the RCC server to receive historical data after a period of time, if the problem persists update the voice mail then the RCC with the latest patches.. you may also need cumulative patch 3 as a prerequisite.
