We have RCC installed on a PC with an 18gb HDD, seems the MySQL folder of that PC is using up 12gb of that...

Does anyone know how to purge Call Center data to free up some space?

Thanks in advance!!

All I know is there was a thread on this within the last month.

Adversity is Opportunity

If you do not want to save any of the Historical data than all you have to do is stop the MSQL & RCC Launcher services.
Go to your C: drive & delete the folder CCRDB inside the MSQL folder. Go into your Reporting for Center folder & copy
out the CCRDB folder to the MSQL folder. Start your services
& you should be able to do a fresh collection at what ever date you wish to start at.
If you want to save your old Data than copy out the CCRDB folder from the MSQL folder & store it off site before you delete it.

I am looking to:

1) Find out record range by date (ie: 04/14/2003 thrugh present)

2) Select range of dates and delete (keeping data I want and tossing out the rest)

Thanks for the replies though!!
