Reporting for call center (BCM 200)

I have 3.7 BCM (200) with reporting for call center, the problem is that I can't get the latest data for reports, when I tray to get the data a message appear (can't establish connection to the call center). The percentage completed in the download status window is always 7%. I have noticed that there is no problem in real time or IP viewer.

Which version of RCC are you using? Make sure that you have the latest voicemail and RCC patches installed on the system.
 
You'll want to load the RCC patches and voicemail patches, then update the RCC server. They changed the MySQL database engine from release 3 to release 4. Release 3 seemed to always do strange things once the database hit a certain size. RCC 209b included the new database engine. Current release is build 212.
