OK, guys, I need your help again - Customer wants to know if Reporting for Call Center needs to go on a dedicated XP Pro machine, or if it can be installed on a XP workstation, say, for example, the call center supervisor's machine. Their IT guy does not want to put it on his server. Thanks!
