Ok never installed call center, was able to program the skillsets and agents and all the recordings all that is fine. installed the softwar from the cd on a PC the web host software, installed the reporting software, I can log on to the admin. menu change pass word, then select call center connection and this is where every thing gets over my head.
I enter the Ip address of the call pilot and use port 80 click submit and I cant get a connection I'm stupid in this area but not afraid to click and try, but to no availe, its winning so HEEEEEELLLLLLLPPPPPPP
