reporting for c.c. on a callpilot 150 s/w 3.1

1st I would like to thank curlycord and hawnk for the info. I'm using xp and it is up and almost working

Here is my problem, When I go into sys admin and go to skillset assignments I have no skillsets in unassigned to put into assigned

my c.c. is up and working ,the reporting for c.c. seems to be working. I used the test and all the ports passed.I'm able to get to sys admin

When I added the c.c. my laptop was down so I installed it with a phone,could this be the problem?

Any info would help
