I have a reporting contact center installed in abcm50a, the problem is when I want take a report it give me there is an corrupted files match with specific day this problem appear for second time at the first time I reinstall soft ware and I skip the date of when of file corrupted when I retrieve data from abcm; is there any batch file for this case.

If the database is corrupted you can fix it with "Dbfix Utility" or if you want to skip the date, you can do it in Mysql and set a date after the date the data got corrupted.
Read in the past RCC posts, you'll find the steps for each.

Also make sure u have lastest RCC patches.
