Need some info ! I print my reports for my agents , i have french and english skillset ,on my agents reports i have the same number of receive call in french and english for each agent is there anotehr report that gives me the french and english seperate for each agents???? Thank you for your help
 
You can use Agent By Skillset Performance Standard report.
