Reporter Problem

I have a CP Reporter that was in service a month ago when I last ran reports. I tried to run reports this month and am getting the following error:

Active Server Pages error '00000000'

Create object failed

?

An error occurred while creating object 'oSA'.

Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a01ae'

Class doesn't support Automation: 'oSA'

/LM/w3svc/1/root/cpmgr/global.asa, line 40

Nothing has changed that I am aware of on my reporter server. Windows updates are turned off, there haven't been any new Patches installed on the CallPilot server. Anybody have any ideas about what may have happened?

This is Callpilot 4.0 running CPManager 5.0 on both the CP server and the Reporter server. The reporter server is running 2003 Server sp2.

your script got stepped on.. usually a security update no one wants to admit to.. only cure is reinstall and restore cust data from backup

I re-installed cpmanager/reporter and it is now working.
