Reporter Backup Tool

Has anyone successfully used the Call Pilot Reporter Database Backup Restore Tool on the Reporter web server?

I'm at version 5.00.41.57 of Call Pilot.

When I run a backup, it fails and references the CPReporter.log file for details which reads:

I have checked the troubleshooting help guide and made sure that the SQL Anywhere - CP Reporter service is started.
