Reporter again!

I have a customer getting the following error when trying to run a report: Automation server can't create object (js-java issue)

This is happening on a client PC running Windows XP Pro SP2. Reporter opens but will not pull a report.

I wonder if the activex control didn't install? It would be looking at which browser they are using and whether the security settings are high. Don't change the security settings on my advice, I'm not saying it's that, but worth checking.
