I want to print a report by it's data.
let's say i have an order status and i want to print a report only on the month of january

ok, so what have you gotten so far? Have you written any queries or developed a report yet? What exactly are you having a problem with?

What have you tried so far? There is a lot of information on making reports in text books. You are not being specific enough. Have you even tried the REPORT WIZARD?

I HAVE MY REPORT HUT WHEN I WANT TO PRINT, IT PRINTS THE WHOLE REPORT. I JUST WANT TO PRINT ONE PART. THAT PART IS GOING TO BE FROM ONE MONTH

ok ok, you don't have to YELL. when you do not tell us anything about your table structure or the record source of your report, it's hard for us to help you. I'm not being stupid. I'm just trying to get out of you what we need to help you.

So here I go, spinning my wheels trying to guess how you have it set up:

If you have a field that holds the month, then in the query that the report is based on (the Record Source) put this:

[Enter Month:]

then when it runs it will prompt you for the month.
