Wondering if anyone can tell me if there is a report that I could run to tell if a Extension was forwarded at a certain time.
We are running CUCM version 9.1.1.200000-5.
Let me try to explain what happened and why I need this.
We have our receptionists forward the main number to security at end of businees day. Last night we had a problem and when someone tried to call in to the main number they could not get through. We are taking heat from management as this is a new system and would like to be able to prove what we think happened. We think the receptionist either forgot or didnt forward correctly and would like to know if the main number was forwarded last night at 6 PM. Sorry for being so long winded but I am new to Cisco also so am not familiar with the reporting capabilities.
