Can anyone tell what this report is? I have tried turning off all the reports that I know of and this runs everytome I go into maintenance commands it auot populates on hte screen.

Looks like you might have an ISDN trace running.

Look in the help under maintenance commands for "EDT TRACE" and disable it.
