Report writer, ODBC.dll not found

I am using Clarion 5.5 EE and SQL 2000 server. When I try to make report on MSSQL table in Clarion report writer, i get the folowing message:

Could not connect to database. Error returned from server: ODBC.dll could not be loaded(1)

Clarion normaly imported tables from MSSQL in my dictionary file.
Somebody please HELP...
