Report Writer - Error with a simple custom report

I made a simple custom report to show all invoiced items. The only things I have on the layout are Post Date, Item Number, Item Description, Qty Invoiced, U of M, and Qty Currently On Hand.

It works fine without restrictions, and I've read the documentation on the Report Writer but I just can't seem to get a restriction to work. All I need is to make the restriction to only show the invoiced item for a particular month. So I'm thinking the restriction would be something like (for example) "FORALL Post Date >= 3/1/2006 AND <= 3/31/2006"

I'm fairly new to this Report Writer so I can assume I am doing something wrong, any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Your restriction should be something along the lines of

SOP_HDR_HIST.Document Date >= 3/1/2006 AND SOP_HDR_HIST.Document Date <= 3/31/2006

Assuming you are using US date format and that you had a table relationship between SOP_LINE_HIST and SOP_HDR_HIST and had both tables added to the report.
