Hello everyone,

I am glad I found this forum and I am hopping someone will help me. I am new to report writer in dynamics so pleae bear with me. For the longest time our company has been using another company to print our ar statements just because there is over 1000. This company can not longer printer our statements for many reasons.

Now I was given the task to modify this report. I have opened and this what I see and I am hopping someone can help me figure out what it means, how to modify labels. etc. I have the form that it is used to print these statments with logos etc. so it looks like all I have to do is realign our report to fit on this nice form

when I open the report i has some characters on the side

p, r, b, f etc

sample lay out

Also why is there multiple labels for date, document etc. does this mean anything.

Any guidance please. I thought it will be easy to modify the layt

I suggest a starting point is to download the Report Writer training manual and work through the 2 day course.
