Report won't print through Crystal Reports Viewer 1

Using Peachtree Premium 2010 with Crystal Reports 2008. Peachtree has a PSQL database. When we open the custom crystal report in Peachtree (using the Crystal Reports viewer) we can display the report but it won't print. We can print the report in Crystal Reports Designer, but not inside Peachtree. A standard crystal report provided with the Peachtree software will print in Peachtree. The custom report will not.

Does anyone have a solution?

Take a look at the print settings in both reports and see where the settings are different. Set the report you created to match the print settings on the report that came with the software.

I did find a solution.

Under the Page Setup options in Crystal Reports Designer, I took the check mark out "Disassociate Formatting Page Size and Printer Paper Size" and then saved the report changes.

The report now prints in the Crystal Reports Viewer for Peachtree.
