Report Won't Open for one Citrix User

Not sure if this is an Access problem; but hoped someone may have an insight.

I have a report which is a label printing on a Zebra 140 XiIII Plus label printer. This report opens fine for all users but one. For her the screen just flashes like Access tried to open the report, but it does not display.

We are using Citrix Program Neighborhood Version 10.xxx

Any ideas?
