I realize this sounds pretty simple, but for some reason when I open a report through a macro in print preview, the option to print is not allowed. It is running off a switchboard that is secured. My question is...can you only do the 3 options listed in the macro open options?

report wont give print option

How are your startup options set?
If you don't allow (and I can't remember which one!) one of the menus, the print option will not be there. If you do want all the menus disabled, and only the options you want to be there:
Try creating a shortcut menu with 2 commands: Print and Close, and then attach the shortcut menu to the report.
