Have a look at CBC then, it's pretty basic and may do what you want. It's also cheap

try PABX Soft.

In my experience, don't try PABX Soft. Unless it has improved massivly in the last 3 years.
My old employer used it alot. It was a nightmare with the IPO. We had to update the collector at the request of tech support all the time. It was the standard answer if something didn't work!!!! Din't have much else to offer in general. Some companies we installed it in got money back as it never worked!
I think Oak Ai has some live (or near live) stuff, but not too sure.
This is my personal opinion and I'm sure many people use it without issue. Used to work ok with Alcatel OmniPCX's.

Oak is really expensive
TBH - we dont have any issues with PABX soft and it only cost £400.
call collector runs as a service and i have customers who really like its simplicity. i rarely have support calls for it these days.

Oak is not really expensive it can be had for a starting price of about £650.
It allows almost real time - ie after a call is ended (rather than whilst it is happening) reporting.
We have it on a few sites and the active reports part shows you "live" information including waiting time.

99% call packages out there for the IPO are historical, unless you use CCV / Wallboard etc.
