Report with criteria prompt always repeating

Hello all,

I have a report that has 4 subreports in it. Each subreport is sourced from a query. Each query issourced from the same master query. I did it this way so I can roll up the data different ways. The base query has critia boxes for stating and ending date and market When I the report run it the criteria boxes pop up for criteria, but the market criteria box pops up 3 times before I see reults and then pops up twice between each page.

How can I fix this??

Hi

Make a form, on which you put controls (probably text boxes or combo boxes) to allow users to input the criteria.

Also include a button to run your report (wizard will guide you thru this)

In your queries, replace your parameters (which a presuambly simple [Enter Week] type values) with references to the above form (of the style Forms!MyForm!MyParameter), the builder wizard will guide you through this.
