Report with and height setting 1

I tried to set width and height for the report but they are not in the report property windows as they should be. I am running under Windows 2000P. Anybody know what gives? Thanks.

These are on the report section level, because each section -- Header, Main, and Trailer can be set with its own paper size.
In the object navigator go to the Layout Model, then go to Main Section, click F4 for property palette. Sizes are there.
