Report Viewer Web App - Always Need Refresh

We have a CE10, enterprise version that we are using with our Web application. Many (most) of our reports when they are first ran, you need to select refresh to get the data. After the first good refresh, you can rerun the same report and it will always work - for that session. If you close the browser and come back to the application, you will have to select refresh upon the first run of that report. I've tried tweaking the server settings, making sure the cache settings were set to 0 or 1-2, tried the sRefresh=Y in the line passed, but with the same response. Any ideals on what is causing the need for the refresh?

Through trial and error found out what was causing this.
Tried all combinations of server settings, cache settings, number of records to return etc.

We had a logo on the pages that needed refreshing on first run. The logo was a jpg inserted via the menu Insert/Picture, changed to Insert OLE Object and the problem went away.
