Report view problem

Hi,

I'm having a very similar issue to that highlighted in thread703-1195444. Depending on what printer I have as my default printer, I either can or cannot view reports in design view (or at all, actually). The thread I have linked to suggests that driver mayhave been the problem - does anybody have a definitve answer on this?
Thanks for any advice.
