Report using Oracle and SQL Server database. Is it possible?

I usually use CR 9 on an SQL Server Database.
But I have to do a report to compare to tables, one in the SQL Server Database, and one in an Oracle Database.

Is it possible and How?

You can have tables from multiple datasources in Crystal, but you're limited to a single equal join between the tables. It might be easier to link both tables in MS Access and point to the Access database as the datasource for the report.
