Does anyone know of a historical report or the fields for a custom report to track down the following scenario.
Scenario - Agents are direct dialing internal CDNS to dump calls; however, certain CDNs transfers are appropriate but are known.
I have tried looking at the detailed call canned report but have been unsucessful. All I want to know is if an agent places an outbound call, what CDN or outside number they are transferring too.
