Report total generation

hello,
Whenever I print a reoprt the total comes in the footer of the next page even if there is still room for the total on the current page how can I keep it on a single page when the appears to be more space for it I can provide an attchment of the report
Accpac 4.2a, Crystal report 7

Check to make sure you don't have the "New Page Before" property set for the footer. There could be several reasons which cause this; i would have to see a sample output as well as the RPT to be able to tell for sure.

lincd - I'd rather not post my email address on the site, as this often results in spam. If want me to look at the report, you'll need to first give me your email address so i can send you an email that you can then reply to. I'm not sure what you prefer and what the policy at Tek-Tips is, but you could update your Tek-Tips profile (in the "Tell Other Members About Yourself" section) to include your email address, i could grab it from there, then you could remove it...OR you could simply reply to this post with your email address.
